With new eHighway projects to come, you shape the decarbonization of heavy truck traffic by developing innovative approaches on data driven infrastructure analysis for future eHighway installations. Your skill set helps to identify neuralgic features which lead to faster, more efficient planning of eHighways – thus accelerating the decarbonization on our roads. Umweltschutz ist für uns bei Capgemini keine Generationsfrage und mehr als ein Trendthema! Gerade Unternehmen müssen aufgrund ihrer gesellschaftlichen Verantwortung ihren Beitrag für die Reduktion ihres CO2-Verbrauchs leisten, um den Klimawandel und seine Folgen zu minimieren.
Deswegen hat sich Capgemini auf Netto-null-Emissionen im Jahr 2030 verpflichtet. Wir wollen aber nicht nur das Augenmerk auf Capgemini richten – wir wollen mehr: Lass uns nicht mehr nur über Möglichkeiten sprechen, lass uns Klimaschutz und IT verknüpfen! Challenge accepted?

HACKATHON FAQ
For whom are the challenges?
The challenges are for students and young professionals from the IT sector.
How can I register?
You can register for one of the challenges either alone or in a group (3-5 people). Just enter the names of your colleagues when registering. The two challenges will take place at the same time, so you can only register for one of them.
Without a group, do I have to complete the Challenge alone?
No, the challenges have to be solved in groups consisting of 3-5 people. But don’t worry- we offer a format for group formation and finding before the hackathon.
Can I work on the challenge before the event?
No, you can’t. Only what was developed during the hackathon will be taken into account for the evaluation.
What can I win?
